The final race in the Autumn Series sees us move out to the Winelands
Categories and seeding
The following categories will be used based on ability and/or age; Should there be 10 or more ladies, a separate race will be held for them. The decision on this will be made on the Friday before the race.
The 2020 season will follow the new categories and seeding guidelines. In most instances participants will already be allocated to fixed categories based on past races. See the same article on how to improve or change your seeding.
Routes and distances
- Category 1 – 125 kms (5 x 25kms)
- Category 2 – 100 kms (4 x 25 kms)
- Category 3 – 75 kms (3 x 25km)
- Women – 75 kms (3 x 25km)
- Catgory 4 – 50kms (2 x 25km)
- No scholars except u/19’s who race with Cat 1 and u/17’s who ride with Cat 2

Online entries, using the Enter Now button found on this page, is the most cost effective way to enter our races. (See more details about costs and discounts). Entries close the Friday prior to the race. After this time late registration will only be possible at the registration table on the day at the event. No discounts will apply on the day. Due to the coronavirus outbreak having been confirmed in South Africa all sporting events have been cancelled. Line line with the president’s statement WP Cycling will therefore adhere to the restrictions laid down.Registration for all races has therefore been suspended until further notice.
