Anton RossouwThe Life Path Health Group is a network of hospitals providing mental health inpatient treatment and addiction treatment in private facilities in South Africa since 2001. Regionally located in N1 City, Helderberg, Worcester, Tiger Valley and Paarl the company covers a large area of the Western Cape.  Anton Rossouw, founder and owner of Life Path Health, was not only awarded the Medium Business Entrepreneur of the Year® award in 2013, but is also an avid time trial specialist, recently being awarded the bronze medal for the Men 55-59 age category at the 2016 SA Time Trial Championships in Wartburg.

In partnership with Life Path Health we are able to bring to you a dedicated TT series in the Western Cape.  The series will run on its own points system, but additionally feed into the points system for the Winter League.  WPCycling consulted coaches and team manages who advised us that TT events is a key development area for road cycling.  To prepare our local riders for national and international participation we feel it is our responsibility to add this to the league.

The events also benefit local TT specialists and time trial athletes, who we would like to welcome to the series.  We want to call on our members to call on friends and family involved in these disciplines, who might not be aware of this event, to take part.

The first event will be held on Sunday 3 April, with one TT event each month.

Please see our event calendar for dates and times of WP Cycling events, or consult the handy intro page to the WP Winter League, specifically listing the events, results and news about the league. The WP Winter League also features a road series, the Lights By Linea HEROChallange criterium series and the Killarney circuit series.
