The Sports Trust, in partnership with Nedbank, is hosting their Community Cycle race at Beacon Hill High School this year, on Sunday, 23 September, and we wish to invite all cyclists to attend.

Times
Registration:
From 7am to 8:15am.
Briefing:
A race briefing will be held at 8:30am. The briefing will discuss the safety precautions, route and time table.
Race Start:
A staggered start will be implemented due the the various distances. All riders should be ready after the briefing.
Prize Giving:
Prize giving will be at the Beacon Hill Secondary School at 1pm.

Open Category: R50. Entry on the day only.
Scholar entries: FREE – online or on the day.

If you did not receive your confirmation email it is possible that you did not follow the full process. Please check the following two options;

Free entries and entries paid on the day must still follow the Checkout process. See if you receive a notification in the right section (best visible on the home page), notifying you of “Entries Awaiting Payment”. In this case click on the “Shopping Basket” link/icon.
You did not complete the entry process
Follow the “Enter Online” option again. If the process was not completed either select the View Cart button (if displayed) on the entry page or simply follow the process again, selecting the person and clicking “Add Selected”.
Paarl Boxing Day Sports
Paarl Amateur Athletic & Cycling Club in association with Cape Winelands proudly presents the 121st edition of the Paarl Boxing Day Track Cycling spectacular.
Known as one of the most celebrated cycling galas in the Western Cape and South Africa, the annual Paarl Boxing Day track cycling event attracts between 3000 and 5000 spectators every year and will take place at the Faure Street Stadium in Paarl on Wednesday 26 December 2018.
This historic and well-established event that dates back to the 1900s brings alive the rich culture and heritage attached to track cycling, and awakens in so many folk the joys and triumphs of the winners in past years in the Western Cape.

Registration
Registration and race number collection will take place at the event. Late entries is accepted and Day licenses will also be issued on the day.
Venue
The event is taking place at the Faure Street stadium in Paarl, 26 December 2018.
Spectators Entry
Gate fee is R 50 for the main stand and R 30 for side stands.

18 Nov: Scratch and tempo for U17 and older; scratch races for scholars U11-u15
2 Dec: Elimination and points for u17 and older; scratch races for scholars U11-u15
